Conditions of sale

• We only sell by container (40′ or 40′ HQ)
• We load the containers in our warehouse located in the port area of Ningbo
• Customers can mix the load by selecting items from our catalog, without any minimum order
• Our sales conditions are F.O.B. ( FREE ON BOARD ) Ningbo, China.

PAYMENTS
T. T. (Telegraf Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% against bill of lading after shipment, invoice and packing slip.

FDM OVERSEAS takes care of customer satisfaction by assuming the risk of any defects or damage due to production or loading.

RISK
The transport of goods is always insured at the buyer’s expense
